Juanita has extensive experience in the aviation industry and has held the post of Sales and Marketing Manager UK/Ireland for Air Namibia since October 2010. Juanita believes strongly that the Aviation industry should work in concert with the tourism sector to ensure an intergrated approach and thus the desire to serve on the SATOA committee where she hopes her drive and aviation experience may contribute to the stellar work of SATOA thus far.

Tessa has over 20 years' experience working with the Africa Travel Industry. She was born and raised in South Africa and she worked in the travel and hospitality industry in South Africa and in Botswana until she moved to the UK in 2000.   In the UK market place, Tessa has promoted and worked with Southern and East Africa and she started her own representation company -  Tsessabe  - about 4 ½ years ago.

Tesna has worked for a DMC in SA and Tour Operator in the UK before going into hotel representation. Over the years she has grown and developed from Sales Executive to Business Development Manager. Tesna joined Luxury Representation in 2008 and became the owner and director of the company in 2010.
